Leviathan

Since it has not been posted yet and has been asked several times as to the details of this creature. I will take it upon myself to enlighten the readers about this monster.

The Leviathan is a creature that originates from the world of the Apsara commonly known as the undersea. It is there that the warriors that used Blyth Lancer style of combat battled them to protect the great cities of the whirlpool.

Currently it is to date that these creature are fairly large in size and have several tentacles which it can detach from itself in order to locate food.

The Sword of the Mists

<

p>The following is a transcription of a manuscript entitled The Sword of the Mists.  Originally written in the language of the Realm of Castles, it is intended to be a manual (of sorts) for those who would journey into the Mists.  For those unfamiliar, "The Mists" are the lands within the world of the Realm of Castles which have not been reclaimed by humanity.

Skin Kites

<

p>Skin Kites are entities which we believe to be holdovers of the age of the fleshcrafter civilization.  They appear to be simply animated skins with no bone or muscular structure which usually wield incredibly old weaponry.  They are quite horrible to look at, having the ability to cause even the most battle worn veteran to flee the mere sight of them.  What is even more disturbing is their ability to regenerate themselves even after they have been visibly slain.  Thus far no way, to my knowledge, has been found to stop this regenerati

Manticore

This is a monster native to the Realm of Castles. It is a creature with the head of a hideous man, horns, the body of a lion, and the tail of a scorpion.

A Manticore is one of the monsters created by the Lion of the Realm of Castles to wreak havoc and destruction. Despite its monsterous appearance, a Manticore is incredibly intelligent, and often times leads a group of less intelligent monsters, such as ogres. A Manticore is incredibly strong, very tough, decently fast, and incredibly poisonous. Above this, however, its sole purpose is to create evil upon creation.

Hungry Dead

Hungry Dead are the souls of the departed.  Unfortunately, because hell is full and paradise is sealed, the souls of the dead are unable to go where they should and thus must wander the forest.  After about a day or so, however, the soul undergoes a transformation and becomes a ravening spirit of hunger, agression, and often times vengeance.

Hungry Dead will often resemble that which they were in life.  They will be spectral and, for lack of a better term, ghost white.  Because of their nature, they are mostly insubstantial.  Weapons will often pass right through them, though they can be ha

Furbolgs

Furbolgs, or “Pumpkin Heads” as we often times call them, are creatures native to the forest which are connected to the changing of the seasons … particularly the changing of summer into fall and winter. They are easily identified as they are creatures that appear to have carved pumpkins for heads.

Furbolgs help the changing of the season by spilling blood upon the ground … namely our blood and the blood of other denizens of the forest.

Mole Snakes

Mole Snakes are predatory subteranean serpents native to the Savage Gardens, home of the Dwellers.  This information was discovered with Gentle Glasswing allowed all animals to talk.  Their appearance is that or a large serpentine creature, though often times at least partially burrowed, which produces hissing sounds.

Terror Beaks

Terror Beaks, or “Forest Chickens” as some of us have taken to calling them when we get sufficiently annoyed, are large predatory birds which are native to the forest. They often have black feathers, though male Terror Beaks also sport yellow stripes.
