Gray Watch: A History and Expose

This shall be an ongoing research into the nature and abilities of the Gray Watch.

Nature of the Organization: The Watch was tasked with policing all manner of “spirit media”, a term repeated in Ounish texts and included (but not limited to) references to “spirit-essence powered artifacts,” “spirit-forged entities,” and “untamed spirit essences.” Although working with spirit matter was open to individual artificers, the Gray Watch had licensing authority and oversight over all such matters. The Gray Watch also functioned as a general police force, but due to the fact that Oun “seemed” to practically have no crime this was less common.
