Hassan

Hassan is a skilled storyteller who in the past has used fictionalization to improve the reputations of those whom were able to afford his fee. However, he has since renounced this practice as he fears it to have strengthened the Nightmare Host. Hassan seems to be a noble man, and he has made every effort to spread his own knowledge to others - including myself (Lizbeth). He wields a golden bladed scimitar, though his primary ability lies in the social rather than the martial realm. He is considered anathema to the spirits due to his affiliation with the ancient organization known as the Grey Watch - which apparently grants him some sort of power to battle the Nightmare Host. He was also apparently at the center of the conspiracy to fake the death - and lack of rescucitation - of Saphrin.
