Sol

Sol is an anachronism amongst his countrymen as far as I (Lizbeth) can tell. Preferring white, brighter clothing as opposed to the darker cloth favored by much of his brethren, Sol would seem to be a shining beacon of percieved righteousness. In fact, he has been chosen by the Forest as the Herald of Truth. This has earned him no small amount of spiteful hatred from the members of the Nightmare Host - whom seem to favor Sol as a target whenever opportunity arises.

It has also been observed that Sol is of the self-sacrificial sort - willing to voluntarily absorb the blows of those whose minds have been addled by the Nightmare Host in order to expedite the recovery of those individuals’ mental faculties.

Recently Sol has completed a greater working allowing him to take upon himself the metaphysical mantle of the Dawnbringe, considered by many to be an abomination. This has been verified as repeating his words do generate charges as per the ritual from the Dooms of Light and Shadow. He has since returned to the Dark Mountains. He will be missed.

Reports on the effects of his change:
He has been reported the be having a very beneficial effect upon Constantine’s valley and is allowing food to grow again.
He has also been reported to be able to replace knowledge of the magics of other worlds with the knowledge of the Dooms of Light and Shadow.
Though desiring to go to other places where his words and powers would inspire his mantle forces him to go to where he is most needed, which currently seems to be Constantine’s Valley.
