Spires

All information we have received regarding Oun has described it as being made up of white or silver spires.  Recent information has come to light about these spires, through particular texts, and one of the few remaining survivors of Oun.  Each spire varied in size and was effectively an individual ‘neighborhood’, or could be compared to a ‘castle’ from the Realm of Castles or a small, self-sustaining city.  People not only lived in the spires, but worked and took leisure there, though travel from one spire to another was not uncommon.  Each spire was remarkably tall, spanning numerous levels and generally the wealthier, more important citizens lived toward the top. 

Spires were not clumped together in cities, as was originally assumed, rather each spire was effectively a city with ‘branches’ similar to that of a tree.  Even more resembling a tree, recent information about spires being planted, grown and shaped into their final forms has come to light, making the nature of their construction similar to that of many other crafted items found in the forest.  According to a lone Ounish survivor, the closest spire to the town of Nexus/Fallstar 7 was the ‘Southern Spire’.  Plans are currently underway to lead an expedition there.
